Huff Drive Construction.  ECCDI, along with the City of Jacksonville, started construction of 14 single family low to moderate income homes on Huff Drive in Jacksonville, NC in 2002. The project was a wonderful success and was completed in 2006.

The development consists of two and three bedroom homes with approximately 1,200 square feet. Set in attractive, conveniently located areas, homes are within close proximity to banks, restaurants, shopping, churches, major highways, and community activities. Residency is available to income eligible individuals and families. Certain income restrictions apply.

ECCDI has also built single family homes in  three (3) communities in Eastern North Carolina that offer new living arrangements for individuals and families in a well-landscaped country setting.
