ECCDI is a private nonprofit 501 (c) (3) Corporation established in 1995. It is dedicated to improving and enhancing the standard of living of the people of North Carolina.
ECCDI is organized to:
• Meet the needs for quality affordable housing in its primary market areas
• Facilitate access to capital for small businesses • Provide social outreach programs
ECCDI’s services have impacted many throughout eastern North Carolina; however, its market area spreads throughout the southern United States.
