Due to the expected population increase in Onslow County,ECCDI continues to pursue additional housing efforts in that area. ECCDI is proud to announce that we have broken ground for a new 80 unit multi-family housing development in Jacksonville, called Meadows Gate. This new community will offer 40 two-bedroom and 40 three-bedroom apartments, community facilities, picnic area, onsite leasing office, onsite manager, onsite maintenance, gazebo and outdoor recreation facilities. It will be conveniently located off Western Boulevard on the corner of Williamsburg Parkway and Arlington Meadows Drive. Leasing arrangements are available to all that qualify and are available on a year-to-year basis with a month’s security deposit. Certain income restrictions apply.   

Future efforts to provide affordable housing throughtout North Carolina also include senior housing, assisted living and single-family workforce housing. Each community provides affordable housing set in attractive conveniently located areas, within close proximity to banks, restaurants, shopping, churches, major highways, community activities and other amenities.
