Becky Frenia is the new Director of the ACORN Center. She is excited about this new position and the opportunity it gives her to work with community partners in preventing child abuse and strengthening families. As a mother of four children, Becky knows the rewards and frustrations of parenting. Beyond motherhood, Becky has worked most recently in the Mental Health field as a Qualified Professional (case manager). Serving families and children has been a lifelong commitment both in employment and volunteer efforts. She feels strongly that investing in our children provides the most rewards. Please offer your time or suggestions to the various programs that the ACORN center offers.

Nurturing Parenting Class Schedule:

September 8 – December22, 2008 – Monday evenings 6.00-8.30 pm
October 23, 2008 – February 19, 2008 – Thursday evenings 6.00-8.30 pm
January 1, 2008 – May 4, 2008 – Monday evenings 6.00-8.30 pm

February 26, 2008 – June 4, 2008 – Thursday evenings 6.00-8.30

September 16 & 18 2008 5.00 – 8.00 pm                     
October 14-& 16, 2008  5.00 – 8.00 pm
